AI severity classifications at 15:41 and 16:01 were both Moderate (score 0.15), driven by gestational context (second trimester) despite low risk and absence of symptoms (0 symptoms detected). No alerts were generated overnight, and there were no escalation events requiring immediate clinical intervention. Two SMS care messages were sent at 16:00 and 16:01 indicating that recent checks were stable and that the care team would follow up shortly. EPDS was not reported for this interval.
