Overnight BP monitoring (00:42 UTC–00:42 UTC) showed intermittent extreme elevations with subsequent normalization. At 20:44 UTC, a severe reading was recorded with BP 199/198 (pulse 197), crossing ACOG Stage 2 (=160/=110). Care alert was acknowledged (SLA met) at 20:45 UTC, and an urgent SMS message advised immediate ER evaluation/911. A follow-up at 20:47 UTC showed BP 135/80 (pulse 100), representing improvement but still within the 1st-trimester? (stage documented as second trimester) without symptoms. Another severe spike occurred at 20:48 UTC with BP 220/150 (pulse 100), again crossing ACOG Stage 2; a second severe alert was acknowledged (SLA met) and another urgent SMS was sent at 20:48 UTC. By 21:35 UTC, BP decreased to 118/76 (pulse 72) with low-severity assessment and no detected symptoms. No EPDS data available and no escalation/resolution beyond alert acknowledgment and BP normalization by 21:35 UTC.
