Overnight BP monitoring (2026-06-07 18:31 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:31 UTC) shows a critical rise into hypertensive crisis range. Initial readings were stable: 135/80 at 15:40 and 16:00 (pulse 72), below ACOG Stage 1 thresholds. At 17:19, BP spiked to 190/165 (pulse 70) (meets/exceeds ACOG Stage 2: =160/=110) with Severe AI alert acknowledged. Subsequent BP remained markedly elevated with 155/140 at 18:07 (pulse 100), still exceeding ACOG Stage 2 criteria via =110 diastolic (Severe AI alert acknowledged). At 18:14, Severe alert escalated further with symptom burden (6 symptoms detected including preeclampsia flag) alongside persistent severe BP (155/140).
