Overnight BP monitoring (2026-06-07 18:46 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:46 UTC) showed an acute hypertensive spike with subsequent severe readings. Initial BPs were stable: 135/80 at 15:40 and 16:00 (no ACOG threshold crossing; pulse 72). At 17:19, BP escalated to 190/165 (pulse 70), exceeding ACOG Stage 2 severe range (=160/=110) with severity flagged as Severe; an urgent severe alert was acknowledged (17:20) and SMS sent at 17:20 instructing ER/911. A further severe elevation occurred at 18:07 with BP 155/140 (pulse 100). While the systolic is below 160, the diastolic remains markedly elevated (=110), still meeting ACOG Stage 2 criterion and associated with Severe alerts acknowledged at 18:08 and messaging repeated. At 18:14, AI severity remained Severe (score 1.00) with PREECLAMPSIA flag noting 6 symptoms; severe alert acknowledged at 18:14 with corresponding urgent SMS at 18:14. Trend: stable normal range early, then sharp rise to Stage 2-level BP with persistence. No EPDS data available.
