Overnight monitoring (2026-06-07 18:46 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:46 UTC) shows a critical hypertensive spike with evolving severe range pressures. BPs were stable at 135/80 (15:40 and 16:00; pulse 72), then abruptly increased to severe range at 17:19: 190/165 (pulse 70), exceeding ACOG Stage 2 thresholds (=160/=110). A subsequent reading at 18:07 was 155/140 (pulse 100), with diastolic remaining in Stage 2 range (=110 not met on systolic but diastolic 140 is Stage 2). At 18:14, AI severity remained Severe (score 1.00) with escalation to “Severe symptoms” (6 symptoms) flagged for possible preeclampsia; prior AI outputs at 17:20 also classified Severe (score 0.70).
Escalation events: Severe alerts triggered at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14; all were acknowledged with SLA met. Care messages were sent at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14 advising urgent evaluation in the nearest emergency room/call 911; additional “stable” messages were sent earlier at 16:00–16:01.
