Overnight maternal BP monitoring (2026-06-07 17:24 UTC to 2026-06-08 17:24 UTC) demonstrated initial stability followed by a critical hypertensive event. BP at 15:40 and 16:00 were 135/80 mmHg (pulse 72) and remained stable across both readings, below ACOG Stage 1 threshold (=140/90) and well below Stage 2 (=160/110). At 17:19, BP abruptly rose to 190/165 mmHg (pulse 70), clearly crossing ACOG Stage 2 thresholds and reaching severe range; severity escalated from Moderate (AI score 0.15 at 15:41 and 16:01) to Severe (AI score 0.70 at 17:20). No symptoms were detected by the monitoring system at any timepoint. A Severe Alert was generated at 17:20 and was acknowledged with SLA met. Patient was notified with non-urgent stability SMS messages at 16:00 and 16:01, followed by an urgent SMS at 17:20 advising immediate ED evaluation or calling 911. No EPDS data were recorded overnight.
