Overnight monitoring (2026-06-07 16:03 UTC to 2026-06-08 16:03 UTC) showed stable blood pressures with no escalation alerts. BP recorded at 15:40 (135/80, HR 72) and again at 16:00 (135/80, HR 72), demonstrating no rise or variability. Values remain below ACOG hypertensive thresholds (no readings =140/90 for Stage 1 and none =160/110 for Stage 2). AI assessments at 15:41 and 16:01 both classified severity as Moderate (score 0.15) with low risk and no symptoms detected (0 symptoms), gestational context noted as second trimester. No ACOG threshold crossings, severe range pressures, or alert triggers occurred; therefore no clinical escalation or resolution event was required. Two SMS updates were sent to the patient at 16:00 and 16:01 indicating stability and that the care team would follow up soon. No EPDS results were available/updated overnight.
