Overnight monitoring (2026-06-07 17:55 UTC to 2026-06-08 17:55 UTC) showed two stable BPs followed by a single critical hypertensive reading. BP at 15:40 and 16:00 were stable at 135/80 (pulse 72, both), remaining below ACOG Stage 1 threshold (>=140/90). At 17:19, BP acutely rose to 190/165 (pulse 70), exceeding ACOG Stage 2 criteria (>=160 and/or >=110). AI severity escalated from Moderate (score 0.15 at 15:41 and 16:01) to Severe (score 0.70 at 17:20) in parallel with the marked BP rise. Symptom screen remained low with 0 symptoms detected on all AI assessments, however the BP excursion represents a severe hypertensive event requiring prompt evaluation.
