Overnight monitoring (18:41 UTC 6/7 to 18:41 UTC 6/8) shows critical hypertensive events. Initial BPs at 15:40 and 16:00 were stable at 135/80 (72 bpm), below ACOG thresholds. At 17:19, BP abruptly rose to 190/165 (70 bpm), crossing ACOG Stage 2 (=160/=110), prompting a Severe alert at 17:20. A second Severe-range reading occurred at 18:07 with BP 155/140 (100 bpm). Although 155/140 is stage-dependent for diastolic severity, the diastolic 140 remains well above the Stage 2 threshold (=110) and the overall alerting remained Severe. At 18:14, severity was escalated to Severe with 6 symptoms flagged for preeclampsia (per AI/PREECLAMPSIA FLAG), while the BP continued to be recorded as 155/140 and the final AI score reached 1.00. Three Severe alerts were generated (17:20, 18:08, 18:14) and all were acknowledged with SLA met. Patient received stability reassurance messages at 16:00–16:01, followed by urgent escalation SMS at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14 instructing emergency evaluation/911 given symptom/BP concerns. No EPDS data recorded.
