Overnight BP monitoring (18:41 UTC–18:41 UTC) shows a critical escalation into severe range. Initial readings at 15:40 and 16:00 were stable at 135/80 (HR 72), both below ACOG Stage 1 threshold. At 17:19, BP acutely rose to 190/165 (HR 70), meeting ACOG Stage 2 criteria (=160/=110); severity alert issued at 17:20. Subsequent repeat at 18:07 was 155/140 (HR 100), again flagged as severe due to diastolic =110. At 18:14, severe classification persisted with 155/140 and symptom burden increased: EPIC/AI noted 6 symptoms including a “preeclampsia flag,” prompting the highest severity (score 1.00). Severe alerts were acknowledged with SLA met at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14; all corresponding urgent SMS messages were sent to the patient at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14 (also two non-urgent “stable” SMS messages at 16:00–16:01). No EPDS data were recorded.
