Overnight monitoring (2026-06-07 18:00 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:00 UTC) was notable for a sudden hypertensive crisis at 17:19. Two prior readings remained stable and below diagnostic thresholds: 15:40 BP 135/80 (72 bpm) and 16:00 BP 135/80 (72 bpm), without reported symptoms (AI symptom flag 0). At 17:19, BP escalated to 190/165 (70 bpm), meeting ACOG Stage 2 criteria (=160 systolic and/or =110 diastolic) and exceeding the threshold for urgent evaluation. AI severity changed from Moderate (score 0.15 at 15:41 and 16:01) to Severe at 17:20 (score 0.70) with severe gestational risk flagged. A Severe Alert was triggered at 17:20 (status acknowledged; SLA met). Urgent escalation care messaging was sent at 17:20 advising emergency evaluation (ER/911). Earlier stability-focused SMS messages were sent at 16:00 and 16:01 indicating checks were stable; these were superseded by the urgent message following the Stage 2 range measurement. EPDS not reported/none.
