Overnight review (17:40 UTC 6/7 to 17:40 UTC 6/8): BP remained stable at 135/80 (15:40 and 16:00 UTC; pulse 72) with no symptoms reported, then acutely spiked at 17:19 UTC to 190/165 (pulse 70). This reading crosses ACOG severe thresholds (>=160 systolic and/or >=110 diastolic; Stage 2) and prompted escalation: AI severity increased from Moderate (scores 0.15 at 15:41 and 16:01) to Severe (score 0.70 at 17:20).
