Overnight BP monitoring showed a critical isolated hypertensive event at 17:16 with marked spike to 195/180 (pulse 150). Preceding/trending readings were lower and remained below ACOG Stage 1 thresholds: 17:15 120/80 (pulse 100), and 17:16 135/85 (pulse 80). At 17:17, the AI classified severity as Severe with BP 195/180 exceeding ACOG Stage 2 criteria (=160 systolic and/or =110 diastolic). No alerts were recorded and no care messages were sent. No symptoms were detected per AI review, and EPDS was not assessed overnight.
