At 18:15 BP was 148/96 (pulse 85), which crosses ACOG Stage 1 threshold (=140/90) but not Stage 2. At 19:31 BP normalized to 120/80 (pulse 72) but then at 19:32 BP surged to 200/100 (pulse 100), clearly meeting ACOG Stage 2 (=160/=110).
