Overnight BP monitoring (2026-06-04 19:35 UTC to 2026-06-05 19:35 UTC) shows an abrupt hypertensive spike with sustained concern for Stage 2 range. At 18:15 BP was 148/96 (pulse 85), which crosses ACOG Stage 1 threshold (=140/90) but not Stage 2. At 19:31 BP normalized to 120/80 (pulse 72) but then at 19:32 BP surged to 200/100 (pulse 100), clearly meeting ACOG Stage 2 (=160/=110). No symptoms were detected in automated assessments (0 symptoms across severity determinations).
 
AI risk stratification escalated to Severe at 19:32 (Score 0.70) citing Stage 2 BP; earlier 18:16 and 18:46 assessments were marked Severe despite limited data/SMS-based urgency context (no symptom signals).
