Overnight BP monitoring (19:39 UTC 6/4 to 19:39 UTC 6/5) shows one critical hypertensive reading: 200/100 at 19:32 (pulse 100), which crosses ACOG Stage 2 criteria (=160/110). Surrounding measurements were lower: 148/96 at 18:15 (Stage 1 range due to diastolic 96), then 120/80 at 19:31, and 121/79 at 19:36—overall pattern is transient severe spike with subsequent normalization (falling to Stage 0-range after the 19:32 event). No symptoms were detected by the AI triage at any timepoint (symptom score 0/low across assessments).
Two “Severe Alert” notifications were triggered (18:58 open/SLA breached; 19:33 open/SLA pending). Care team escalations via SMS occurred at 18:27 and 19:33 with urgent ER/911 instructions; resolution status of alerts is not documented. EPDS not recorded/changed.
