Overnight monitoring (2026-06-07 18:04 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:04 UTC) showed generally normal BPs until a critical spike. Readings at 15:40 and 16:00 were stable at 135/80 (pulse 72) — below ACOG Stage 1 thresholds. At 17:19, BP escalated abruptly to 190/165 (pulse 70), crossing ACOG Stage 2 hypertension criteria (=160/=110) and prompting a transition from Moderate (AI score 0.15) to Severe (AI score 0.70) severity.
Symptoms screening remained negative per AI at all timepoints (0 symptoms detected). One escalation event occurred at 17:20: “Severe Alert” was acknowledged and SLA met; an urgent SMS advised emergency evaluation/911. Two prior informational SMS messages at 16:00 and 16:01 indicated stability and that the care team would contact the patient. No EPDS data available; no mood trend to report.
