Overnight BP monitoring (2026-06-04 17:22 UTC to 2026-06-05 17:22 UTC) shows a critical hypertensive outlier followed by persistent elevation. Readings: 17:15 120/80 (HR 100) and 17:16 135/85 (HR 80) were below ACOG Stage 1 threshold. At 17:16, a marked spike occurred: 195/180 (HR 150), which meets/exceeds ACOG Stage 2 criteria (=160/=110). Subsequent BP at 17:22 was still elevated at 148/96 (HR 85), crossing ACOG Stage 1 threshold by diastolic (=90) but not meeting Stage 2. AI severity classification escalated from Low (17:15, score 0.00) to Moderate (17:16, score 0.15) and then to Severe (17:17, score 0.70) corresponding to the 195/180 event. No symptoms were detected in associated AI assessments. A “Severe Alert” was generated at 17:18 with status Open and SLA Pending. Two SMS messages were sent at 17:18: one requesting urgent ER evaluation/911 if symptomatic (triage language), and a follow-up message stating it “looks moderate for now” after review; resolution of the open alert is not documented.
