Overnight monitoring (2026-06-07 18:25 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:25 UTC) shows abrupt hypertensive escalation. BPs were stable at 135/80 (15:40; pulse 72) and 135/80 (16:00; pulse 72). At 17:19, BP acutely rose to 190/165 (pulse 70), exceeding ACOG Stage 2 thresholds (=160/=110). A subsequent reading at 18:07 showed partial improvement but remained in severe range at 155/140 (pulse 100) (diastolic =110; Stage 2 range). At 18:14, severity was again classified as severe with symptom burden newly flagged: 6 symptoms detected at that time (preeclampsia flag), corresponding to Severe score 1.00; however the documented BP at 18:07 remained the last value provided. Three severe alerts were generated and acknowledged at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14; SLA met each time. Multiple urgent SMS messages were sent at 17:20, 18:08, and 18:14 advising immediate ED evaluation/911 activation; earlier SMS at 16:00–16:01 indicated stability prior to the hypertensive surge. No EPDS data reported.
