Overnight BP surveillance (2026-06-07 18:14 UTC to 2026-06-08 18:14 UTC) shows critical escalation to severe-range values. Initial readings at 15:40 and 16:00 were stable at 135/80 (HR 72), below ACOG thresholds. At 17:19, BP acutely rose to 190/165 (HR 70), meeting ACOG Stage 2 criteria (=160/=110). A subsequent reading at 18:07 was 155/140 (HR 100) with persistent severe-range diastolic (=110) per record and concerning for ongoing hypertensive process. At 18:14, AI flagged escalation severity=Severe with 6 symptoms detected including a preeclampsia flag, prompting highest alert status (severity score 1.00). Two severe alerts were generated: 17:20 was acknowledged with SLA met; 18:08 remains open with SLA pending.
 
Care team messaging: patient received reassurance SMS at 16:00–16:01 for stable vitals. Following the 17:20 severe event and again at 18:08 and 18:14, urgent SMS instructed to present to the nearest emergency room/call 911 due to symptom-based concern for preeclampsia.
