Overnight BP monitoring (2026-06-04 17:27 UTC to 2026-06-05 17:27 UTC) showed a critical transient severe outlier followed by partial improvement. Most recent readings: 17:22 BP 148/96 (pulse 85) — diastolic remains elevated (ACOG Stage 1 threshold reached for diastolic =90) but below Stage 2 (no systolic =160 or diastolic =110 documented). Prior readings: 17:16 BP 135/85 (pulse 80) consistent with Stage 1 by diastolic only; 17:15 BP 120/80 (pulse 100) normal.
Most concerning event occurred at 17:16 BP 195/180 (pulse 150), which exceeds ACOG Stage 2 thresholds (=160/=110) and was classified as Severe by the monitoring system. No symptoms were detected in the associated AI assessments. An alert was generated at 17:18 (“Severe Alert”) and remains Open with SLA pending; escalation resolution is not documented. Two urgent SMS messages were sent at 17:18 advising emergency evaluation/calling 911 and then a follow-up message indicating “moderate for now.”
